DESCRIZIONE : È in progetto la realizzazione di appartamenti di circa 70 mq al centro storico di Portoscuso. Le abitazioni sono a 50 mt dal porto turistico che vanta di 400 posti barca attrezzati e completi di ogni servizio. Le abitazioni per la loro ubicazione sono serviti da ogni attività commerciale e 300mt dalla prima spiaggia.
